What is SUPER FIIT? Functional Individual Interval Training (FIIT) utilizes several different components to achieve Maximum results quicker than any other method. One of those components is Functional training. Functional training is a classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life. Functional training has been well supported in scientific evidence based research to achieve positive long lasting muscular and cardio vascular yields quicker and faster than other known methods of exercise.
Why has functional training become so popular? One of the reasons is that many of the benefits can be seen and felt Dailey in a positive fashion, increasing individual's overall quality of life and performance in day-to-day activities. In comparison to standard strength training, which focuses more on training isolated muscle groups, functional training incorporates the full body, it can not only help individuals increase total-body strength, but also realizes improvements in tasks like hauling groceries, performing household and job-related tasks (like hauling groceries, yard work, etc.) or playing recreational sports. Functional Training is also a great way to prevent injury, as the body's muscles become stronger and conditioned to perform the movements done in real life, thereby reducing the risk of straining or tearing muscles or tendons when doing daily activities.

Heart rate monitors can help you adjust your effort, so your heart rate falls within a specific “zone” or percentage of maximum heart rate.
Heart rate monitoring provides an objective measurement of how your cardio-respiratory system is working. The more intense the workout, the higher your heart rate will be.
At the same time, more aerobically fit people will have a lower heart rate at a given workload, By using a heart rate monitor during a workout session, trainers can gauge the intensity of the work being performed in a given exercise and either scale back the intensity or crank it up, accordingly for each individual - hence the " Individualized" component of SUPER FIIT.
There are five heart rate zones, each offering slightly different benefits to exercisers.
